Michael G. Zamagias, founder, majority owner and chief executive officer of Zamagias Properties has built a successful organization specializing in commercial real estate development, management and leasing.

Zamagias Properties was launched in 1987, one year before putting together his signature deal - Robinson Town Centre. Michael partnered with Forest City Enterprises and The Edward J. Anchor tenants include IKEA, JoAnn Fabrics, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx and Value City Furniture to name a few.

Mr. Zamagias now owns a controlling interest in 2 million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use properties  located primarily in Western Pennsylvania and Virginia and currently has three projects in the early phases of development including a luxury residential project located in Mount Lebanon, PA and two student housing projects in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Zamagias is general partner in both the Mall at Robinson and its' peripheral developments.  In addition to his real estate business, Mr. Zamagias co-founded Pennsylvania Capital Bank in 1991, (which was later sold to Three Rivers Bank  and is now known as Huntington Bank), and is a majority owner in TeleTracking Technologies, Inc., a technology company targeting the health care industry.
